Credit Card Policy
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are processed securely in Canadian Dollars (CAD) through PCI-compliant payment gateways. Orders are charged once payment authorization is approved. For security purposes, some transactions may be subject to fraud screening or identity verification. We reserve the right to cancel or hold any suspicious order. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
Refund Policy
Eligible items may be returned or refunded within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition unless they arrive damaged or defective. Non-returnable items may include clearance products, customized items, gift cards, and hygiene-sensitive goods. Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect item. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details for assistance.
